The Building and Industrial Products Division comprises four business units:
Fielders (60% owned by Hills)
Fielders manufactures a comprehensive range of mainly roll-formed products which are supplied to commercial, industrial and domestic building contractors. The main manufacturing sites are at Mile End and Regency Park in South Australia, Osborne Park in Western Australia, Campbellfield in Victoria and Ingleburn in New South Wales. Branches are located at Marion, Cavan and Mt. Gambier in South Australia, Mildura in Victoria and Darwin in the Northern Territory.
Products include roofing and cladding in a range of profiles and gauges, fencing systems, rainwater goods, gutters, flashings, sheet metal fabrication, fascia, purlins, door frames, KingFlor structural decking and carports.

Orrcon
Orrcon is the result of a merger in October 2000 between Welded Tube Mills of Australia and Hills Tubing. Orrcon is Australia's third largest manufacturer and distributor of steel tube. Orrcon specialise in steel tubing and has three operations based in Adelaide, Brisbane and Wollongong with a total of 8 tube mills. Orrcon has warehouses in major capital cities & an extensive stockist network.
Structural Tube Division specialises in the manufacture and supply of ready primed and zinc coated electric resistance welded (ERW) product for structural purposes. Two state of the art structural tube mills located at our Brisbane operation, manufacture Circular, Rectangular, Square and other tube products from 20mm to 165mm, in a wall thickness range of 1.6mm to 6.0mm.
Precision Tube Division specialises in the manufacture and supply of cold rolled, hot rolled, zinc and aluminium coated ERW Steel Tubing. Orrcon offers the flexiblity required to ensure continuity of supply and service. Size ranges are: 12.7 O.D. to 90 O.D. in round tube, 12.75 SQ to 65 x 65 in square tube and 25.4 x 12.7 to 80mm x 40mm in rectangular tube.
Orrcon also offer a selection of elliptical and flat sided oval products for furniture fabrication and additional profiles for specialised end users. Typical market segments using ERW Steel Tubing are fencing, furniture, automotive, original equipment and aftermarket, general engineering, sign posts, shop fittings, hot houses, steel electrical conduit and various others. The Tube mills combined with modern processing equipment, high tech management information systems and extensive warehousing structure in capital cities around Australia has enabled the creation of a dynamic and flexible manufacturer and supplier of precision ERW Steel Tubing.
The Wollongong facility manufactures large diameter structural sections. API accreditation was achieved in January 2004.

Korvest is a diverse manufacturing enterprise supplying quality products and services to a variety of industries. Korvest manufacture a range of cable support products for national distribution and operate a hot dip galvanising plant in South Australia. Korvest is a publicly listed company based in Adelaide, South Australia.
