Where is my invoice?

Only the delivery dockets are attached with goods on delivery. No invoices are sent with goods. Invoices are emailed to the account holder on dispatch of goods. If you require another invoice please contact our Customer Service Team

How do I pay for my online orders?

Online orders can only be paid for via your Hills account. Credit cards and other forms of payment are currently unavailable.

How will I receive a copy of my invoice?

Once your goods are dispatched, your invoice will be emailed to the nominated email address associated with your Hills account. Please note, no invoices are sent with goods. If you require a copy of your invoice please contact our Customer Service Team.

How can I change the delivery details of my order from the address connected to my Hills account?

Can I track the progress of my order online?

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes, it’s sometimes possible to get same day delivery for Sydney metro areas. If same day delivery is required please contact our Customer Service Team.

Will my shipping addresses be available online?

You are able to view your shipping address online. In order to change your address please contact our team on 1800 720 000.

When can I expect my online order to be delivered?

This depends on your delivery address. You can generally expect delivery in 2 days to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane destinations but delivery times for other capital cities and regional areas will vary. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more information if required.

What’s the best way to search for products online?

Use our search facility by entering your SKU number, brand name or product name. Otherwise try using our menu and select the product category.

What can I purchase online?

Selected AV products from Mipro, AKG, TOA and Australian Monitor can be purchased online by a select number of pilot-phase customers. More products will be added regularly as we build, test and grow our customer’s online ordering experience.

What are my payment types?

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

If I am on credit stop, can I still order online?

Can I pick up my order from my local branch?

Where possible, our customer service team can help to enable local branch pick-ups. Please contact the Customer Service Team to make arrangements.

How will I know if any of my purchased products are on backorder?

It’s unlikely that any products advertised to purchase online will be on backorder. If there is any event that delays the delivery of your order, our customer service team will be in contact with you.

If my order is delayed, will I know?

If there are any delays with your online order, we will notify you.

Is my e-commerce login linked to my Hills account?

Yes. Orders made online will be invoiced through your Hills account.

How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

Click Log In (Top Right). Look below the blue login button and click "Forgot Your Password" link. Then enter your email address and click submit. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

I have a login for ecommerce but I’m having trouble logging in – can you help me?

Why can’t I buy the entire Hills range online?

Hills is the proud home of a large number of brands and thousands of products. More products will be added regularly as we build, test and grow your online ordering experience in stages.

How do I find pricing and stock availability?

How much is the freight?

Our standard freight charge is $22.50 exclusive of GST. Goods weighing more than the standard measurements will incur additional freight charges. Please refer to our website terms of use.
